Instead, the kitchen provided with gas hob, pots and pans, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of three elegant bedrooms with wardrobes. There is a master bedroom with private bathroom (furnished with shower, toilet and washing machine) and two other bedrooms. The main bathroom has a window and a comfortable shower cabin.

Upon request, all three bedrooms can be set up with double beds.

The apartment is ventilated thanks to a double exposition, in fact on one side, it has a covered veranda on the street edge, with table and chairs, ideal to relax and on the other side, one more on the back.
