Availability request
To make a reservation, you have to make sure that the chosen accommodation is actually available. You can check the availability in the following ways:
- By sending a request to info@appartamentisudest.it;
- Calling +39 333 4181670;
- On our website, select the dates of your choice and check availability.
Booking confirmation
Booking online on our site is requested a deposit of 20%, of total cost of the stay, to be paid by credit card. The confirmation for bookings made on the site is immediate.
For bookings made by telephone or e-mail, is still required a deposit of 20% to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Final Payment
The final payment of your stay will be paid on your arrival day after the delivery of the keys of booked flat.
There is no currency exchange.
Methods of payments of final payment
Payment can be made by: cash (only for stays whose total cost does not exceed €4,999.00), credit card, debit card.
Minimum stay
Booking stays of just one night is not accepted.
Depending on the period, there could be a minimum stay.
Deposit
On your arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of € 200,00, or alternatively to give us the details of a credit card (no prepaid and/or Postepay), to guarantee the perfect condition of the flat. At the time of departure a joint check of the flat will be carried out to verify its condition and, if this is the case, the deposit paid will be returned.
Cancellation terms
- For cancellations made less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival, the entire amount paid as a deposit will be retained.
- Failure to show up without prior cancellation will result in the full amount of the stay will be charged.
